OUR MISSION

Local >>> Global

Did you know? Produce in America travels an average of 1,500 miles to get from where it is grown to where it is eaten.

We began Wild Patch Microgreens on a mission to raise awareness about where food comes from, and what is really in it.

The longer crops sit after harvest, the further they travel and the way that they are cooked leads to massive decreases in the nutrients by the time you consume. Not to mention the unnecessary pollution, hours and logistics it takes to ship food across the country.

Moreover, food today does not contain the nutritional value that it did even a decade ago, but microgreens are a convenient and delicious way to invite nourishment back into your life!

Do your part to reduce food miles by supporting your local farmers.

ONLY THE BEST

We proudly source the highest quality NON-GMO seeds from True Leaf Market, all of which are NON-GMO, and untreated.

Every crop is hand watered twice a day with mineral water from Deep Spring Trout Club, whose aquifer spring water is the purest natural water supply known to exist in Northern Ohio.

This organic filtration renders the water free of impurities including phosphates and iron.

Our packaging is 100% plant-based

and commercially compostable. Check out Rust Belt Riders for composting services.
